Not only was Benny willing to drive to Rockford and be my realtor, he went significantly past his way to get us into properties that had been listed the day before. When we were looking for houses the buyers market was extreme, there was a house I wanted to look at online listed on a Tuesday and by Thursday it was gone. I found my current house listed on a Monday, Benny got me in to view the house the next day on Tuesday and we immediately put an offer in.
